Zinc-aluminum-magnesium is a new type of high-strength, high-corrosion-resistant, lightweight metal material. It is composed of three metal elements: zinc, aluminum and magnesium, of which the zinc content is 4-6%, the aluminum content is 1-3%, and the magnesium content is 0.4-1%.
Features:
1. High strength: Zinc-aluminum-magnesium has excellent strength and hardness, which is 2-3 times higher than ordinary steel and 30% higher than aluminum alloy.
2. Corrosion resistance: Zinc-aluminum-magnesium has good corrosion resistance and can be used for a long time in harsh environments such as acid and alkali.
3. Lightweight: The density of zinc, aluminum and magnesium is low, 10% lighter than aluminum alloy, and more than 30% lighter than steel.
4. Good processing performance: Zn-Al-Mg has good plasticity and can be processed and manufactured in various ways.
